Toyota to build engine plant in Brazil

The vehicle has been manufactured on a trial basis at the automaker's new plant in Sorocaba on the outskirts of Sao Paulo, Brazil. Toyota Motor said the same day it will build another plant in Porto Feliz, also on the outskirts of Sao Paulo, to make engines for use in the local production of its mainline Corolla and Etios models.
